The garden pays off!: Radishes

We got a lot of awesome radishes from our garden–which is great because the cucumbers are now serving as box turtle food, the spinach and jalapenos never sprouted, and we’re still waiting for the tomatoes to ripen! The brussels–who knows, but so far, so good. Also, we’ve had so much wonderful basil!

We decided that pickling them would be the best idea, considering 1. pickled radishes are delicious and 2. they’d last longer.
