His & Hers Green Smoothies!

Just got back from the gym and made some quick smoothies for my baby and me.

– 2 cups almond milk
– 2 cups spinach
– 2 full stems of kale
– 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
– 1 banana
– 1 tbsp flax seed meal
– 2 scoops Vanilla Soy Protein from Trader Joe’s
– 1/2 tray ice cups
